When I copy 11x 13 page from adf only A4 size is printed

I have Xerox wc5765.when I print something the top of ever line of print has missing toner.

I have Xerox wc 5765 when I scan page from adf in auto color mode the there is black line in the middle of page scanned.in other modes this line does not appear.

I can print on Xerox wc5765 using cross cable .but can not go to centreware web using ip address

Does Minolta 7272 has printer controller in it or u have to buy it separately

The feed gates are stuck .i think the should move back and forth

i am installing the same software already installed in machine.the machine does not copy only print.the scan copy on upper bar does not appear when I go to copy menu.it only beeps.
