The way to enter service mode is hit clear modes then 107 then hold down the stop key for five seconds then you are in .Power off and back on using the red toggle switch on the side.

Try the bias board and the drum might be worn down to the metal and causing an arch to the dev unit.;)

:p I am a manager now and my bonus stinks. When I was on the system I also did pretty good. The guys that work on big machines make the best money. I work on Ricoh 55 cpm and higher but no color....

How about the guys that do not put in any parts and get big money. That part of the program stinks. The good guys have to go and do the work that should have been done and do not get the money.
