    My best bet is transfer voltage problem.
    I am not familiar with the printer, but if your image on drums are ok next thing to check is image on belt.
    If that is ok too then probably it's a bad...

    Windows or Mac environment?
    file type (raster, vector) that your client "see wrong", RGB or CMYK, if CMYK what profile it was worked with (swop, ISO, fogra etc)?
    i believe there's not much you can...

    Yes, in fact it's the IC-305 server, the stand alone with FACI option installed.
    IC-303 as far as I remember is the bolt-on bustled server, which is not my case.
