sensor lever ps12 in the feeder is too slow, remedy: set the spring from this lever one winding higher for more force (you can do this when you remove the feeder unit )

if it restarts about 17 seconds then it is the maincontrolller, maybe you can try to re-install firmware first
now you can't see errorcode, looks like it's the DC Controller or memories, see what is happening when you pull those out ..

you can try 'reset printer' in user menu
check the cable from potential Sensor harness.
some of the wires break. cause too tight cable ties
check the housing in front that's fitted over the corona assy's. sometimes it breaks with result that laser security cannot be pressed firmly.
replace dc controller did you do?

maybe it's a bad contact from the metal registration roller to the little earth-spring at the side of this roller: clean the area there and...
did you check the drums and itb cleaning visual?
