if u know this machine well ,then u should never say so , HVT so easy to replace it has only 2 connectors

before replacing hvt we replaced drum & developer assy then we go frurther .

initialising the machine ,how ever we replaced the transfer roller assy & ITB

no sir i m not END USER machine was working till end of day

next morning when ON the machine ,since then only pilot green light & standby light is

always ON ,customer has no knowledge about...

only pilot green light and Standby light is ON at startup no any movement
