Does anyone know where the transfer bias terminal is located for this printer. The manual is not very helpful and I suspect that a part might be missing on the paper transfer roller section....

Same problem. Displays jam at D2. Bulletin says to replace eprom on BCU, but this did not help. Jam code = J001
