Kyocera is aware of this problem and working on fixing it .Up till now , there is no fix for it .Kyocera Rep will give you a firmware toinstall in the copier to disable displaying this Error message...

Did you connect your Pc or your Laptop to the copier viacrossover cable to see if you can print directly to it without using yourserver or switch ?
Also , you can set up the print driver manually...

It doesn`t mater what brand , it`s service . Review the company/ dealer you are buying from and see their after sale service

I think you don`t have to replace NVRAM - only clear it with SP 5801 .
But first Upload NVRAM to SD card SP 5824 then clear NVRAM then Download NVRAM SP5825.
Let me know ... I am good with Ricoh
