what i mean is whenever you make a copy and pass your fingertip on the page you can touch letters on the page (indeed all the black areas) as they are thicker than the rest...

after doing PM for A TOSHIBA E-352 the letters in the printed/copied pages are eminent and protrusive.
Upper heater roller and cleaning roller were changed.
