I actually ended up filing a bit of the edge of the catch on the clutch off and greasing it ... Seems either the solenoid gets weak or the machine doesn't fire it long enough, but this worked for me...

P.S. The unit in question is the one above the exit unit that does offset stacking and has the two fans attached to it ~ the customer does not have a finisher or sorter or job separation tray ...

Before I start, I have both Service and Parts manuals for this model ~ anyone needs them I'll send them to you for free ...

It was the CCD cable, where it plugs into the MCB ... the clamp piece must have not been in far enough.

I'll check the CCD cable today ... had a bit of tfouble getting it back in because I tried to thread it thru the MCB cage after bolting it to the machine and those flat magnet filter thingeys kept...
