c554e ghosating only on black replaced fuser transfer belt and black drum

have 2 machines both brand new doing this intermittantly as per konica tech support sanded a guide plate that had a burr on it waiting to hear back on results,another we replaced the reverse assembly...

seen this beforew calibration fixes but comes back quikly replace primary transfer

ok its fixed did an all clear but that didnt work ended up replacing cpub board and all good

i tried that time setting didnt help its kinda wierd it happens every half hour at a specific time like 12 min after and again in half hour even happens at that time if the machine has only been on...

Yup was the laser took it out and cleaned it perfect now i thought laser would only cause light lines thanx for help

was a brand new iu all the other colours looked fine

Its the feed direction lines that are the issue cross bands have gone away,it has to be the imsge unit i cleaned the print head no diff and flashed to latest versiom its ginda wierd on the print the...

well its an image unit with built in dev changed exactly same

lines in feed direction only in cyan replaced cyan drum and transfer belt cant be the laser would that not make kight lines

i ran this firmware and no faults were found

updaated fw to latest ver q6 checked all timer settings and set as per konica ,cust says it reboots even if unplugged from network kinda at a loss ran diagnostic tool with no fault found

replace the main copy glass seen this a couple times bet there is a tiny scratch

This is the mylar i was referring to ,easy to get it tucked under

the mylar can be fine but it can go over or under the guide it should be over the reg assem

Another thing is if someone had the registration assem out and got the mylar under the guide instead of over easy to do and only will jam from tray 1 something to check

think i have cases in past where both were set i believe u had to go in and disallow user to change from address

have a machine with two error codes that are not even listed in service manual a1-2510{opc drum} and a3-3611 {develop cam failure?}
any one ever run into this/

it has been my experiance that customers can save money without a contract but customers with a contract tend to be happier couple points
