Yes but in order to import using the RUI the contacts must be on an specific format correct?, do you know a tool to convert the contacts from an excel file to the format required by RUI?

So you were able to import the address book emails into the copier... nice, what about the Dept ID and Mailbox users, that is also possible? or I'm just dreaming something imposible...?

There should be an easier way, because let's suppose that I have 80 or 90 mailboxes configured, and just 1 person forgets his/her mailbox password, it doesn't make sense to erase everybody mailboxes...
