looks like its jamming at the rollers? is there an out-put mode to test the duplex motor?

looks me to the DF is not in line correctly, loosen the screws on the hinges and adjust the DF

have you tried printing from a different tray?

have you tried single colour sky shots to see if the marks you are getting are different in each colour?

is the separation tyres spring loaded on these models? also the plate that lifts the paper is the pressure even on both sides?

the K drum has done less then 500 prints in the past 2 years, to me it looks like toner has stuck to the charge roller and while its not been used its welded itself to the drum.

I visited a Kyocera P-6035cdn was getting no image, so I removed all the drum units and it looks like the K charge roller as melted to the PCU and managed to free itself off pulling the PCU...

theres a white plastic clip missing for that clutch, have you taken it off? theres no need to touch that when changing the toner pumps

pick up and separation roller are wrong way round,

I had this last week, changed the CPU board and worked fine

best bet is to try crashing the machine when its printing to try and see what area its creasing the paper, have you tried it from the MP tray?
