Machine is in our shop and not connected to the network. We have replaced the power supply, high voltage supply, and the msata chip. Disconnected HDD also, and the result remains the same.

Issue is resolved. It was the inverter assembly. We swapped it out. Believe the motor has an issue.
I don't think it's happening before the fuser because the dog ear is not creased.
Eliminated fuser, registration, paper exit assy.
Has anyone run into this. It only happens when duplexing. Have swapped the duplex/paper exit unit. No resolve. The entire duplex path is clear of obstructions. Mylars show no damage. Any ideas?...
I agree 100% unfortunately the customer has used the same paper for a couple years now. They claim it's not been an issue till now. We have the machine at the shop now so we are gonna test it....
