If you have high capacity paper feed then you wont have a bypass tray.

It usually sticks out the right hand side but if you have a paper feed unit attached then the bypass will have been removed.

Have you tried formatting the HDD?

C-DC00 is a security based code, usually due to the hdd being corrupted or compromised.

Not always necessary for Office print but you could get someone to preflight the PDF to make sure all fonts/settings/etc are embedded so that the output is guaranteed.

Solved. Re-checked the ribbon cables and noticed damage.

This can be an issue with the toner/image unit metal contacts, sometimes if they are dirty or bent, causing a poor connection they can throw up an error for all IUs.
