Anyone had any issues with User Authentication with Id & Print on Konica machines where one of the users at random is releasing another users print jobs.

Can I ask why that particular F/W? is it to try get the MFPB reset to work?
It does come with the latest F/W now. If you were to update the firmware to M1, as long as the SSD is on 6.03 the M1 firmware will automatically update it to 6.05. Hope this helps
All F/W should be available through your dealer login.
