what parts are changed for the curl?

Installed 2nd btr with metal roller into Xerox V80, from the standard rubber 2nd btr.

Causes paper to curl before fuser and jams.

Recommendations to fix this with NVM change or something else?...

How did you end up fixing this problem?

NVM Value is less than 140.
external roll motor is working.

Just picked up a Xerox 1000

Replaced the fuser belt, belt oil wick and cleaned out the fused assembly.

Comes up with error 10-310.

I have attached video of the yucky noise it makes....

Does any one have the part number for this? Moving company broke it today :(

Have a V80 that causes dot's / freckles on the OPC drum (all colors). Drum needs to be replaced and will come back after 100 pages

Developer housing becomes empty after 15,000 pages. Changed developer housing and continue to add more developer material. But developer material continues to disappear.

Have a xerox 7080 (same as D95). Replaced with 2 different drums and have same issue of black line running through. Have attached a photo.

After 100 pages, white dots appear on the drum and the coloured dots appear on the page. Dots are edged onto the drum through the coating.

New dev. New toner. All genuine. Versant 80.
