By dump the main controller do you mean clear the main controller in service mode? Also do I have to back up any of the settings before doing that?

Update I sent the board out to be repaired and the board is not bad it was from a 4035 instead of 4025. Someone must have switched it.

There is a solenoid on the pickup unit that has foam that is probably worn out and sticky. Remove the pickup unit and you can see the solenoid. Clean it off and put about 4 pieces of electrical tape...
