I agree with Theengel. I gave up on it. I have too many man hours in it. Its trashed. Thanks for all the help
it doesn't jam in the duplex it makes past it. If it is a sensor how would you test it? Tried sensor calibration and still doing the same thing.

We just had to replace all colors during calibration.
internal prints are the same as copying. it jams every time.

I also had a similar problem with jamming at APPD1_N on a MX-M264N. I had to rebuild fuser. It was curling too much.
