I couldnt remember it but it was after I made shading correction that the exact problem showed up on my other C7010. Deleted it and all it went back to normal.

Another thing you can look at is if you made any adjustments on the gradation if that problem shows on all colors

You are right. There is a sticky sponge inside flapper that sticks. It has no function at all. I removed it and solved the problem !

I eliminated the booklet trimmer and installed the saddle output assy. It still jams, so basically it jams on the saddle finisher. Any advise ?
