That little gray button on the developer will get you every once in a while. :D

Log into the web interface sometimes that will tell you what is open in more detail.

Check media type, could be set to plain and print job is looking for glossy or something like that. Print driver may be requesting a different media type than what the machine thinks it has.

Can confirm, installed update KB5001567 without removing KB5000802 and issue is gone.

Pause updates, default is 7 days hopefully Microsoft has it fixed by then.

I've been sending customers the link and telling them to get with their IT dept to remove the update, stating liability reasons for me not being able to remove the update.
