ghosting can be due to following reason
Drum unit
fuser unit
toner
toner impose (needs calibration and color correction)

cross check all boards and wiring if all is good and machine still not working then try one thing, open all the doors of machine remove all toner cartridge, open all trays (drum, ibt, transfer unit...

There is no operating sound from machine or i can so no blinking led in any of ess or mcu board. Machine is dead and silent.

cross check power supply assembly, MCU board , MCU PWB , ESS board, ESS PWB.... if all good then try open all door of machines open remove all toner cartridges, pull out all drawer of machines...

It was due to bad drums and developer assembly.
I had to change drums and adjust toner density in developer unit and run registration setup unless it comes to OK

I forgot to mention but ros are clean
