How do I go about adjusting the fuser speed when in service mode?

I'm not a tech & tried to do this in service mode, but can't seem to find out how. Copier has very few clicks on it.

Our C650 w/ no fiery, is printing with too much magenta. I go into the tech mode &
tried to make some adjustments, but to no avail. Can anyone tell me how to adjust
the colors if its possible...

I've heard you can print enelopes on the C650, but think a 5.75" w x 4.375" h,
is too small to feed thru the machine? Can I feed w/ the flap on the side? That
way, it fits in the size parameters....

When I try the drum peculiarity adjustment in service mode on our C5500, it throws
a code of 2813. Any help is greatly appreciated!

To get our C5500 back on contract, we have to get it in good working condition first. We need
a 200 K pm kit, new oem developer units, drums, transfer belt, etc.

I got the c2813 code to go away by cleaning the sensor, but I'm getting cyan streaks
across the width of the page & look like roller marks. I see the cyan imaging unit flexible
blade is touching...

Tried two used ones & still throws 2813 code...

I switched it out & it threw a new code C-2703...

I had some used ones lying around & tried replacing it w/ one of them earlier, but didn't help.
I'll try another one & see if that will work. Thanks for the help & I'll post the results....

an extra one lying around, but will check. Also, is it easy to replace?

The magnetic timing tap came unglued on our 550c belt. I have a new C500 belt & wonder if it will work in the 550?
