is there a blockage from the toner hopper into the dev unit? the ATR sensor in the dev unit measures the toner/dev ratio and main controller does a video count.
could either be a blockage or...

If the control panel is unresponsive but the energy save button works ok then the fault is the CPU PCB which is under the control panel.

I have a irac7260 which is throwing up different error codes when switched on (E075,E022,E023,E815 etc) the ITB is central and no blocked waste toner, im beginning to think its a 24V dc power...

I have had this problem and had to replace the drum drive unit to resolve the issue.
