I've just changed the main control board on an mpc5503 due to intermittent sc672 errors.
waiting to see how it goes.

the rollers aren't turning. so the paper isn't hitting the sensor.
can't activate the rollers in output check.
can see sensor on input check.

I can see the sensor change state on input check. I think that I may have a different problem.
Still looking at iob board.

If you're scewing through adf and not on the glass then adust the adf for scew. Never had to do this myself cos they're usually quite straight. Would be worth cleaning the paper path and feed...
