On idle status, the paper present/empty detection is OK.
When copying/printing process is being taken, sometimes display this message during paper feeding through paper tray.

I had this issue before and finally fixed it by replaced genuine SD card.

BTW, other SD card ( for example scandisk, kingston etc... ) can be used on these machines ? ( C3300i , 246i etc... )

One customer reported their C3320i seldom have all black copy and all black scan image, printing is OK.
I tested it many times, and one time I saw the exposure lamp didn't turn on while...

tighten all screws again and test.

On previous version C450i, we can turn off paper weight auto detect function of paper drawer.
We found the new f/w version machine, although I don't click this function, once restart...

After replaced developer powder, perform TCR adjustment with toner bottle removed.

But I solve CE password issue, must enter admin mode of LMS website first.
I don't know the admin ID and password.
