Ok i found the culprit. One of the plastic gears broke off in back for whatever reason.

For fun, I replaced tray 4 with tray 5 and the error follows the tray itself. So placing tray 4 in to the tray 5 slot gave me a tray 5 error.

Yea i checked the sdcard (i cant read it due to the partition being wrong?) i chalked it up as an encrypted sd card, reseated the ram (contacts are clean), reseated the hard disk. Nothing.

Yes i have the usb stick.
