Thanks Flash. My boss unplugged (2 cables) the finisher from the machine then turned it back on and it still said finisher problem. If the drive belt is bad would that keep it from resetting other...

Thanks for the info RobertABD. Yes the code does say drum drive, but when my boss got there and checked the fault codes it said finisher error. Could these possibly be related? He can't get the error...

I have an update for everyone. If you check under the fault codes it says the finisher, but my boss unplugged the finisher and fired up the machine and it still says the same thing.

Thanks everyone. I got this thing working. The fan was not turning and was coated in yellow toner. I blew it out with canned air and got it turning again.
