Save nvm for that machine on a usb drive then remove the battery(yellow lithium battery) on the nvm pwb inside ess for 5 minutes and then reinstall and problem solved

Am a Xerox tech and the machine is not mine
So i have a pws with all serv manuals but i dont have the nvm tool for 560 so do you have the nvm tool

The image quality is faint
The shinny gloss effect is not present in the print out
