I have like 10 USB drives and only 3 of them work on the Konicas. For some reason I find that Konicas like a particular type of USB drive. Try other drives. Konica even used to have a bulletin about...
It's somewhere by auto reset in system settings.
Update firmware and in status notifications can you set end of life off?
You mean printhead ? And don't think there is a wand for the bizhub 350. Just good old fashioned manual cleaning.
My guess is that the felt behind where the drum and developer sit is falling apart and covering the printhead in a couple spots. Or the developer and/or the developing unit need replaced. My best...
For a bizhub 350? Don't think that is correct.
Is the copy settings defaulted to black and white? If so then they would not see a magenta line on copies. If they are printing in color then it would show up. My concern is if they are printing...
How the mylar on the tray? What about the feed and pick up roller? Worn, been replaced recently? Is it third page every time or just random jams. Is it even leaving the tray?
Verify that any actuators are operating correctly. Correct/replace any faulty actuator.
Note: Ensure that Tray 3 paper feed sensor (PS21) actuator is not worn or binding. This has been an issue in...
Is it at the most current firmware level?

This a serious question????
I'd bet one side of your transfer roller is broken.
I'd check for scanner sag. I had one where I had to adjust the height of the scanner and add bigger screws.
No. tried that. I couldn’t even do non image area erase. After power restart I was able to non image area and problem went away and comes back after a day or so.
His problem is the machine detects paper on the glass when it's not there i'm assuming. I had this issue today and am looking for a fix. When I close doc feed it thinks there is an original on the...
I had a machine that the customer said it was crooked when scanned to pc or email also. What ended up being the fix for me was the screws in the frame were wollered out and stripped. Left side of the...
Had the "widowmaker" heart attack and required a quadrupal bypass surgery. That really helped! Seriously, you just need to convince yourself and be motivated enough to quit. Figure out for yourself...
My experience with calls like this is that the customer is experiencing light copies and thinks the toner is out and replaces it.
I have only seen this once and it was because Konica sent me the wrong LCC for the model I was supposed to setup. LCC would pass a copy and jam with either of those jam codes.
Not helping you as I can see that you are not a qualified technician and you didn't take our suggestions.
You might wanna go through the installation instructions again. Sounds like that machine is back at factory settings or something.
I personally have not experienced this problem. I usually rechip them and they can go almost twice as long. I guess it really depends on the color output. If you got a print shop doing full bleed...
Wait. So by default the machine is set to keep running even if life of parts has passed? I just assumed the opposite, crapola on a stick.
Edit: Apparently the 4e series is enabled by default and...
