1.to check is it right way to insert the toner;
2.check the detective chip of developer;
3.BCU problem.

the machines get stuck at 3/6,and showing 047-320 error code.
there have 2 possible reasons:
1.the sensor of puncher is dirty;
2.the sensor was miss position.
