Got a 2552Ci, need to put some drums into, don't want to f it up -thanks
If I'm correct it's not just plug in and wave good bye...
We ended up with 4 of them. Can only switch a 'low toner' chip onto them and install in a contract machine (slides right in).
Not sure how long it will run, but have had past success with this
We had a lot of trouble with the M4070 series.
I could take one fuser that coded out frequently with H5-01's and install into another machine where it had no problems at all.
I also had rebuilt...
Only the bypass tray works. There was a paper jammed behind Tray 1, cannot get any main trays to function. Sockets seem clear of debris.
Is there a reset that may help, or is there some lift motor...
[QUOTE=bilyahn;2248057]I use the 608FB with the 607LH for this series at all speeds they have worked well for us. Only have 10 or so of these but after the initial nightmare yields are definitely up...
I know the MX607FB is the OG one. I've used MX608's and seem to have no issues, but not tested a lot (designed for MX6070)
The MX601FB looks nearly identical but mates w/MX601LH...thermistors...
I think you're referring to the MFP Program ROM (which is an eMMC if not mistaken)
There are specific part numbers for each model.
The MX-M3070 / MX-M3570 program rom p/n is VHI0MFP25023C
The...
This has been covered before. Is there a fix for these random (frequent) errors?
H5-01 H3-00 H2-03, etc. Yeah the 'cleaning' swab solution seems ridiculous. Was thinking of replacing male/female...
For all these B/C models with this problem, fixed as such:
access scanner rail, remove rail from scan optics, clean with alcohol, flip rail over so it runs on untracked steel.
SLIGHTLY stretch belt...
I just ordered 4 sets of these PCUSS0409FCZZ. Sucks when you don't have them around.
We pull finishers and install MX-TU16 for any sold units that don't need finisher function. Offset shift get's...
I recently saw the return spring loose for the fuser sensor lever. Intermittent jams, spring placement seems very prone to having the spring slip off metal tab- machines still works...mostly. ...
Check fuser separation plate for buildup every call. It's pretty easy to take out and clean, causes rubbing noise and potential damage, good PM measure
I'm going to assume the developer unit seal above mag roller is good/new, not digging into DV?
Drum unit swap, if available.
Rarely need this help, inherited client wants upgrade for folder scan. Monochrome version
Anybody care to assist? Could probably find info, but procedure would be great too.
Could use Biz C360 as...
I've been trying to get a Lexmark printer for a client. I second the lacking availability and poor supply chain.
Wondering if the Sharp's suffer same procurement issues.
RE: When you fit drum it goes back to 0 when on 100% that means life is up
Thanks for clarifying, what threw me is that the Y drum is also reading 0 in the LF counter; and it's clearly been in the...
Yep, fresh seal, old chip? firmware compatibility maybe
Be sure it's not the fan above transfer belt and black drum unit...L4-45 codes
I manually cleared PT-DR-M but the LF counter for M still reads 0, should be 100?
Installed 2 drums in an identical machine last week and both reset automatically upon install.
Power was off, but...
This error was reported, but my inspection symptoms were:
1st: Hourglass...forever on screen, moving positions
2nd power up: Blue light, but no boot (tried again 3 times, same)
Should (USB...
OMG gonna have to shut my pie hole. Been jazzed on this and telling potential clients...doh!
Wondering about Cost Per Page on these units
Anyone with experience yet?
FIXED - with some patience and LM085YB1T01
$20.94 total cost: CCFL warehouse
Thanks for all who chimed in. May look a little different (cold vs warm lamp as zoor noted) but works for me. Lamp...
