it's easier and a lot cheaper just to get another drum I know it's hard to find one but changing the color out is expensive and I don't know if that model supports having a color in the black drum...

AGAIN put it in the queue and then move it from there, it will print out the password. Make sure it comes out on portrait paper or you wont see it as it comes out on the bottom of the page.

Does that model have the paper entrance loop sensor for the fuser? I bet yours was stuck or not working properly.
Search for the Fiery password grabber file. Send this file to the Fiery and it will just print out the password. I forgot what it's called. I have it laying around someplace...

Yes you do, it's under installed options I think!??! or optional controller?!?!!? I've done this in a pinch when a fiery has gone teets up.
I've had that board go bad, replacing it fixed the issue. I'd try clean the sensors first, even removing said board and blowing it out with some can air. Re-run all the drum adjustments and see if...
