    I had this problem today....the very tip of the fuser exit switch was broken off, paper was riding over the top of it. Super glued a piece of plastic to the actuator and all was good.

    It's as hard as it looks.....take pix at each level of disassembly. Watch out for a gray wire...it goes into a white plug. Turn op panel upside down and have at it!

    Run sim 201 and calibrate...

    Look at the sep claw unit mounted on the door....the should be a 1/8" projection on the guide front and rear. If you installed a used eject assy, look for toner build-up

    fs -1128 does not have a process unit.....check your model # again. A process unit is drum and dv unit all in one.
