Make sure the springs haven't fallen off of the transfer roller holder.
Check the tip of the fuser exit switch. Lots of broken ones out there.
Check for paper scraps in the plug unit.
I had this problem today....the very tip of the fuser exit switch was broken off, paper was riding over the top of it. Super glued a piece of plastic to the actuator and all was good.
Empty the waste toner inside the process unit or replace the process unit.
I think this a Ricoh box, check with them.
Call the hot line....they can remote in and reset the printer to factory defaults.
I had a KM 5050 tablet go bad...after I installed a new one, I discovered it too was bad??? After putting back the original tablet, everything worked OK....loose cn's? Replacement tablet actually...

Look at the sep claw unit mounted on the door....the should be a 1/8" projection on the guide front and rear. If you installed a used eject assy, look for toner build-up
If you have moved the cassettes around and the problem continues, replace the engine board.

Yeah, sounds like a bad tranny belt.
Look for cracks in the white latches
Look for bits of the tranny roller assy laying in the guides.
You might consider replacing the entire exit assy, it sits there being cooked by the fuser all day, also toner will build up on the...

fs -1128 does not have a process unit.....check your model # again. A process unit is drum and dv unit all in one.
