there is a 2 on the display
checked the thumb drive files, all correct
plugged in a thumb drive with the firmware, did nothing, still have a blank screen
The copier had a blank screen on boot up. Installed a new hard drive and same thing. When powering up it goes thru the usual boot up but the screen remains white (blank). Stumped.
If anyone has a parted out machine IM me if you want to sell that board

When I go into "Maintenance / Diagnostics" screen I have no max set up option. Anyone have an idea why it's not there.

I'm trying to adjust the cymk on a 7760. When I go to print test page all I get is a red light and no test page. I already was able to do a course Regi Con adjustment bit it needs to be closer. Also...
My 3 hole punch is off by quite a bit. I did the adjustment which only allows for about 2mm and still off. Is that all I can do or is there something else for adjustments over 2mm?
