Look at your fixing if heater lamp on. Check connector in fixing assembly

Anybody can recall this problem, ADF of Np 6050 machine it says "Place original in the feeder". I change the board found at the back of ADF but no joy.

This is my first time to post in this section. I am a canon tech.
But because we have a few konica 7130 machine in the company where i work, i have something to ask about this...

When i make copies from glass/feeder the paper jam at upper roller and it shows error 800-001.
Anybody knows this problem please help me.

Or try to test the DC controller to other iR 3300 if its working...

Try what teckat suggested to you

Try to print a black copy to see if the result is purely black. If not try to change your HVT.

It doesn't display as 8.5 X 13 when you look at in panel board. It display as FLSC.

Mostly in iR5000 tray 4 is for 11 X 17. But you can also adjust it for other size of paper. I done this in my other machines here in my area. Mostly i used tray 4 for 8.5 X 13 paper and it works...

When i used CST 4 (8.5 X 13),the paper jam at the upper right door. The vertical path roller is OK as well as the sensor. But when i used CST 3 same size of paper the machine works fine. No jamming. ...

The initial problem was during scan the machine suddenly turn off. But this problem was already solved. The only problem was unit 1 need to pull out and insert back.

Have you cleared in service mode after replacing the fixing unit?
