one of which was memory errors when updating the patches
cleaning the hard drive...

got the 90-01 on one of our machines and swapped out the adu board and the code cleared but now the fuser will not light up and stuck on copier warming up

we have one of our 920's punch unit constantly jamming which is being caused by the motor that drives the punches occasionally overrunning it's home position

for example when running...

we have just got the sc 81-01 on our machine
it was jamming then kicked one the fuser temp codes and I reset that then I got 81-01
is that code a firmware issue and if so where on earth do I find...

same thing happened here after some electrical work was done to the building and only had 110 (one leg of the 220) at the outlet ...just the green light and nothing else

...I just had to plug the network cable into the other jack on the machine and presto web utilities

now going to attempt loading the firmware

well after looking at operator manuals I was able to turn off the page scope thing and now I get a 501 not implemented error

just trying to install new firmware with the ISW internet according to the instructions in the service manual
but my web browser only shows page scope and not the web utilities which wont let me in...

all kitted, new dev and drum but nothing has changed
test print 12 8'5 by 11 bond two sided
solid squares look great but the midtone screens...

I've checked the lamps and they are ok
checked wiring from the AC board to the lamps and ok
but the ground was open...traced it to the thermal protector and it was open

new one on the way...

is the SSR the relay on that board? if so iv'e checked those out and they seem to be working
they both (AC board, DC board) click on then off at start up then the code after that

but is there any way to set the counter to display the count of completed booklets...

no problems with the IP602 that I'm aware of
this machine simply won't center no matter what 12-3 is set to

I've done these adjustments on our other 85 and it works perfectly
