how in the world do i take off the finisher. it slides out to a certain extend the gets stuck.

toner was low and we kept using it as the toner was backordered. is there a way to force it to fill toner to the developer?

probably 80% life in black imaging unit. genuine toner.

Trying to see if i can lube or replace the print head. Open the side like the manual states but can't seem to take it apart. What am i missing?

Machine was low on Black toner for a while. Finally replaced it and it show toner full but printing very light. If copying, it comes out blank.

thanks for your help. replacing the cleaning blade fix the problem. The drum was also caked with used toner.

Notice specs on the back side of the print. where could these come from?...

drum wipes clean and no scratch. no sticky stuff. The toner line that form on the drum does feel a little more stick than normal. Wipes off with a little more effort. Should i replace the cleaning...

38K count. Looks like smear from drum. Clean it and it get worst. Should we just replace the drum, wiper and developer or the entire DR411? i recall on our 350, we had to replace them all...

got it working. silly me left the sorter unplugged at the prcb. one more question/issue. see attach dirty prints. one a copy and other a scan. where should i start looking?

you are ahead. making progress. swap fuser and it goes thru and gets stuck in the "sorter" right after the exit unit? new code is 3205. fuser has broken clips and paper in it. 57820

Accordian paper is not stuck any of the 5 fingers in the fuser. Copy is single sided. Machine has 37,000 copy count. Will pull out the fuser. Can i swap fuser with the other unit or that will cause...

paper pass thru the fuser but will not go thru the exit section. it makes an accordian between the fuser and exit section. so fuser is good correct?

thanks for the info. i am assuming they would have set a special admin password so someone cannot go in there just to change it. anyway to reset the machine to factory default?
