Then in the PC I create a shortcut with the same path and the user/password are the machine's password....

I changed the MFP PWP yesterday. All went well. Still no codes this morning.

As mentioned in my post, the first thing I did was the firmware & I did it in emergency mode to make sure it overwrite the firmware because it was already up to date.
It can take almost a week...
I have a MX-3571 giving me the U2-74 on a random basis.
So far I have done an emergency Firmware update to overwrite the firmware, Changed the HDD and I changed the eMMC.
Got the error again...

Known issue with sharp models.
Change the setting in SIM 66-1, soft switch 114, bit 8 to “0” instead of “1”.
Be aware that the EXTERNAL LINE CONNECTOR on the machine can't be used after this...
Are you able to get into simulation ?
If not as said before , hit the switch near the usb/network connector and do a firmware upgrade from usb .

My guess is that your hdd has a problem. The user login/codes are stored on the hdd.
I usually configure a default user in black/white that auto-log at boot so the client just have to entre a code...
