No it jams at the fuser and also at the transfer roller
Am printing with plain A4 paper, it doesn't happen when am doing black and white copy. It only happens on color

Why does my bizhub c25 jams when printing or photocopying colored job? It doesn't happens when printing black and white

Replace the developer.

Check the developing unit, the developer might be too much full in the unit. Reduce or rotate the gear upwards to drive the developer back into the unit.
Or if possible adjust the developing blade.
