Can't you replace the mylar with a "homemade" one? In the worst case i would order the exitbelt, undo the bold/nut (exitpawl) and screw it on to the old belt, It's a lot of work to replace the entyre...

Got the same problem. We just replace the roller. The chemicals in the paper destroy the registrationroller.
Try another brand of ncr paper. It worked, but was too expensive.:(

Does you're customer use carbon less paper?

Are there any lines in the 'white margin'? Black lines means the laser is writing. In my opinion it can be the laserunit or a bad hdd.
