The problem was that solenoid that activate the paddle.
It was some glue on it so i removed it and put some tejp on it and now it works.

Does it show on the display "calibrating" cause if the machine show that and it takes too long, it might be the laser that is dirty, just clean it with that tool from the paper tray.
