Dont forget the sheet in the frontcover to restore the proper settings.

Check if the paper slides from any feeder. You should hear if the paper slides if you standing close to the left side of the machine.

whats the thickness on the paper? I have tryed 120g paper with no paperjam. Our clients manage to make 160g paper without any jams, but drums get worn off really fast for them.

We got the same prob in Swe to. To solve this problem is to change the Dev unit. but if you dont have any dev units to change with, try to poor out the dev on a pice of A3 paper and do the Cocain...

i think you can put any HDD in the machine since it only will operate 80gb. When you have installed the HDD do a format on it.

Rebuild the Fuser. if it still pop the code. try another Power-Sup.

We had the same problem. it ended up that we change the Fuser/Power-sup/Bicu/NwRam.

We had this problem once, and it was the HD that cause this. So try HD as some of the guys recommended :)

Think you should clean the Shutter Glas with that Blue thingy (Toner on that glas can make prints light in my experiance) and do a force toner supply?

You can always format the card to 1GB. Its hard for us in sweden to find 1GB SD card so we bought 4GB cards and formated them. Works like a charm :)

does it really fits? have you checked if the model can handle SR790?
