Welcome!! This is a great site. I have learned a lot here.
This happened to me, I think it was the main board that went out. Had to relpace the board and reload firmware. Reloading the firmware was an adventure in itself.
I had one like this. After doing everything according to the troubleshooting guide and a few suggestions from tech support, it turned out that the problem was one of the boards in the op panel. I...
Replacing the toner will not fix jamming issues so don't try.
I'm not sure what #9 Crazy Eddies is, but I'm sure I've heard about it as something else. All the rest I remember, and I drilled a hole in a subway token from Boston back in 1983 and put it on my...
I've seen lines like that on the b/w machines and it turned out to be the developer. Resetting the values in the maintenance mode to the initial setting helps sometimes, other times we have to...
Thank you to all the Vets out there, your service is very much appreciated!!!!
That code means the cyan TCR sensor adjustment failure. You can try cleaning the sensor if that doesn't work you'll have to replace the cyan imaging unit.
My company sells Kyoceras and Knoica Minolta, both are good brands. Kyocera is easy enough to learn, you should be just fine if you accept that new position.
The first solution is to replace the printer control board and update the firmware. To update firmware in these machines you have to get a program from the Konica Minolta website that formats a CF...
I had a C6950 error on a 3051ci, turned out to be the low voltage board.
I had this on a 3051ci machine turned out it was the low voltage board. Check voltages on the board and see it the outputs are correct. I had no 24v outputs at all.
The ID and gamma sensors are on the toner control sensor board. Part # 56AA-9102E. You might want to clean both sensors before ordering a new one. Most times that works.
IF that many go back in.
Hi there. Does anyone have the part number for the heat roller (and a good supply source) for a 9330CDW? I have looked on line and can get the fuser unit (pressure roller) but I need the heat...
The ribbon connector for the touch screen sometimes can get moved out of the connector when installing the panel (maybe this just happens to me). I would check that and reinsert if out or not in...
This happened to me on a 300ci. I wish I could help out but I kept cleaning/replacing drums until the problem went away. I changed drums, developers, transfer belt and I believe the drum motor. ...
There are three lamps, two in the heat roller and one in the pressure roller. All three have to be on for it to work right. If you have only one lamp on in the heat roller then you have found the...
You could buy the print accessory and get the machine to print, but support for this machine ends March of next year (meaning no more parts will be available). I would get another machine.
The DP cord might be the cause, the cord on these and the FS1135's will cause issues that are intermittant. You might want to try the cord.
I had a noisy C451 and it was the black image unit, which to me sounded like it was coming from the fuser area. It was jamming and finally gave an error code, I don't remember which.
Best wishes and a full and speedy recovery.
We have 4 C452's in the field and have very little issuses with them.
You're headaches will not get any better if you get a Kyocera 250ci--or any Saturn type machine.
Can't comment on the Canons,...
Thank you!! This was my problem and removing the pad looks to be the answer.
