Yes, on the left hand side there are 3 white 1 way gears all the same size, 2 together and 1 below. I normally clean them up and if that doesn't work replace them and the shaft that has the 2 gears...

If its a C6500 range mc, check or replace 1 way gears in fuser drive section that control pressure release and possibly the shaft they fit on.

Unfortunately it seems so. There is a mod for the transfer belt unit that puts a skew on it to match the slew on the stock ! It does make it better, however 0.5 - 1mm slew can remain and you can't...

Drive is from the rear of the mc, its simply a shaft with a pin through it. Don't know if the modified coupling will fit, best bet is to order a C6000 transfer assembly , it comes fitted to it...

The drive shaft sheers off due to the pin on the mc side not lining up properly when putting the process unit back in and stresses it.
The C6000-7000 has a modified drive coupling which stops that...
