one of mpc 5000 feeding paper from tray one & other slected tray at a time and jamming.
if I slect manually tray one it works fine but other than tray one feeding from slected tray

First try to rectify the problem.
check if toner motor is rotating properly or
something is blocking toner from dropping into the developing unit.

Replace the bottle holder. The 350 may be because it is under toned.


Well i interchange toner hooper with same model m/c beside it.

When lan fax sending option there but why not receiving fax forward to a folder / e-mail.

Once more i am here. Well in this spc 232 sf is fax forward to folder option present or no.
