You can reset it in SP mode. There is another counter with that one which you should reset at the same time. Can't remember exactly but the counter is either in the 2000 or 5000's
you need to find out why the customer did an all clear. you might just need charger wires and grids
try sp2207 and if that doesn't help for a little while call for service

Make sure the lever in the lower left corner in the back of tray one isn't deformed. That can prevent the tray from going all the way in.
Have you tried replacing the tube going from the top of the dv assy to the pump on the right side of the machine, possibly even the pump.
check your lower fuser roller bearings and the insulator on the upper fuser roller

The LCT is the only place I've been able to get NCR to feed. I don't think you'll have any luck feeding NCR out of trays 1-3 with any kind of tire.
I would try replacing corona wires or xfer/sep assy to start.
Try replacing the exit jogger or just remove it and see if the jamming stops.
Make sure there is nothing behind the tray and empty it, then power cycle with main switch.
Have you tried replacing the DF controller?
Prior to the 7105 only replaced a couple lasers in iR7200's for noise. With the 7105 got used to replacing lasers.
Just lift it up and out
You may need to adjust the height of the fuser entrance guide especially if your not using OEM fuser rollers and maybe the nip pressure also.

I'm sorry, I meant the charge assy. If I replace wires and grid and the problem still reoccurs, I do the assy.
I would replace the whole assy.
Try setting SP3904 to "2"
I would try to reset sp1902 to 0, if that doesn't work try a slightly higher number and see if that gets rid of your message.
Have you tried turning on the copier with 1 & 9 held down.
