Does anyone know if there is a provision to slow the link speed on a ARM-355n nic. We have a client that is having signifigant packet loss when connected to their network. When connected directly to...
CCD was not at the correct height. Measured another machine and set height to the same approx. .250in and now machine came up.
Bad Dev will cause terrible prints everytime. BTW cps800 guru there are no pressure rollers in a tds400, this is an old school toaster fuser. OCE calls it instant on. I really hated CPS800 when I had...
I had swapped the SCU with one from another machine that is functioning, and I continue to get the same error. It appears someone has removed the scanner CCD and also turned some of the blue painted...
I have a mx-4501n that is throwing a E7-11 error. I have cleaned all optics, and replaced the SCU PWA. Any other suggestions that may help resolve this would be helpful. I have the manual and have...
Try replacing the paper, and make additional prints. This machine will error if the fuser is working incorrectly. I have seen many tds400s when I worked for oce. Feel free to ask me any additional...
Oce locks all of their Documentation through the use of Lotus notes. A tds400 with version 1.3 however has sds on the controller. This would allow you to do most things with that device as long as...
Even if you could get a manual it might not be possible to get repair parts. I will look to see what I can find. I have dealt with many off brand plotters and scanners. Calcomp is essentially out of...
Those series of machines are newer and also made by Toshiba. I believe they feature a Firey controller as well.
Are you using the Auto Rotate and Center selection in the print driver? Also have you looked to see if the sheet is the same size as the other pages that print in the correct orientation?
I was reading a UK bulletin for the TA series and saw that there is a gig-e solution in the form of an add-on card available there. Has anyone used or heard of such an item? It is very surprising to...
All of the color carts are interconnected via those cam levers so I think there is some potential to have an issue created by the magenta cartridge.
I have seen these cartridges look very similar but have different drive couplings at the rear. So the toner would not come out but the cartridge would still fit.
Do you know if any parts have been changed on the machine recently? There are some timing gears that need to be aligned specifically to make the colors line-up.
I have seen these machines have timing problems. Also there are some cams located behind the cartridges that will cause them to print out of sync. The plastic cams break rather easily.
I have never replaced carriage bushings either. From what I understand HP isn't selling carriages for the 500/800 in the US any longer.
why would you print to USB? He must mean scan right?
You would need the synergyx controller. I know a guy that might have one. Let me know.
2200 might work to get into the network configuration.
Pm me if you want and I might be a able to help you remotely if you still can't get it.
If you are using a windows pc type in your run line the following information \\ip address of controller not the name sometimes the names are hard to resolve. If you put that info in the workstations...
Where are you located?
You might want to get a second opinion. I would think the charging assembly would not need replaced being that the corona wire is part of that assembly. However if they did replace the charging...
You should be able to run media that is fairly thick through those machines. I have had clients run 30lb bond before and it worked, but just be aware that it may jam due to the curl on those thicker...
