Thanks Slim, I have zero knowledge about Ricoh's though, just helping to move the machine along!
Hoping someone can help verify this count, as I'm unfamiliar with Ricoh.
So is total usage currently 4.6m?
I'm unsure what the -26 figure refers to:
51034
Tried for about 3hrs today but couldn't get the pillar that supports behind the loom out, could anyone point me to the relevant part in the SM?
I'm having a similar problem with a c4670, I think may be related - could anyone give anymore detail on how to clean the PS81/82 sensors?
I've removed the flywheels and the lower drum motor. Does...
Hi all. So this registration problem has spread to the simplex printing now.
It goes through Auto colour registration adj without issue and doesn't code when running, however.
As previously...
I'm pretty sure it must be a parts/mechical failure (or wear) Tulintron, given that it previously duplexed the stock in question ok?
I get the same result from other PFU trays. (the lighter &...
Just the belt Synthohol? Can do, though it's only done 250k.
Thanks for the detailed response Tulintron. The ITB rollers are approaching end-of-life, however, am I right in saying because the jobs run ok on simplex, it would rule out ITB issues?
This is...
Thanks Synthohol, I hadn't but it makes sense to try first!
How would I best stop the image before 2nd transfer (when it only appears after 15 or so sheets)?
Thanks Toxic - I had set the 10:2 DIPSW, however, it would appear the replacement reg unit sent was for a 6085 (presumed to be compatible?).
The previous unit had no existing label, the new unit was...
Hi toxic, I tried cheating it at 225 setting but got the same result: first 12-15 sheets ok, then 7 bad before it self corrects, then 7 good, 7 bad etc on loop (give or take).
Could anyone suggest anything? I'm guessing it's a mechanical issue in the ADU (i.e. rubbers worn)?
Thanks all for the replies :D
Blackcat - tried 280gsm silk, it's the same. 225gsm doesn't seem to be effected. However, it worked ok previously with the 300gsm stocks.
Synthol - have tried a...
Hi Methogod, we replaced the whole reg assembly but it's not really helped (it now pulls the reg back after slippage but will continue to fall out of registration on a cycle of 10-15 sheets).
What...
Big thanks to Tsb :)
Methogod - The machine's got a fairly high meter (6m). This was using a 300gsm silk stock.
The CMYK was slipping out of registration horizontally in the direction of travel...
Anyone care to throw their hat in on this? Still got me stumped!
Got a strange one on a c1085 - the image is slipping out of registration predominantly on the trailing edge (both sides) when duplexing. It happens almost bang on after 15 sheets give or take, never...
Ensure your SCSI cable between the machine and Fiery are correctly seated.
Could be worth changing your black Dev - I've often seen it expire before life and it'll leave a background toning.
Had already given top-side registration rollers a clean to no avail, so I just pulled out the whole unit and gave it an overhaul, that sorted it :)
Spoke to soon - I'd swapped out the transfer unit and thought that was it gone but it's intermittent and back again!
Sometimes it leaves clean straight lines, but other times it's dirty splodges...
I've got an issue with a C8000 leaving CMYK stripes on the trailing edge - could anyone advise what unit that would give that effect?
I thought it may have been the registration roller needing...
Just trying to set up a c1085 we took delivery of - could anyone suggest recommended network settings/IP ranges to try.
We've tried a bunch of IP ranges that were within the range of the body's...
Got a tricky one, intermittent coding related to the feed fan on the 704 PFU but I don't have a wiring diagram - could anyone suggest a fix or workaround?
Ok, I've tried running the diagnostics a couple of times - on the system test I get:
[System : PCI Routing Test] SYS06 E011 * Verify 1 card(s)
I did the 'full test' but it must've crashed on...
Thanks again for trying to help Alb - this was a fresh fdisk'd drive in the RIP though (after the original became totally unreadable) so I'm not sure that'd make any difference? I think the Fiery...
