To answer my own question;

I went to the printer proerties tab and selected the advanced tab then printing defaults took care of the problem. I was changing it on the printing preferences.

sensor was dirty and the left door hinge was bent out of shape

I keep getting the message to clear the paper jam from the transfer belt, there is nothing there, any help would be appreciated.

Hers's what I found, the E-mail/I-Fax settings I had the wrong SMTP server address entered.

I changed the address to match our outlook server and it took right off.

What I found was the platen roller bushings were gummed up and the platen roller was not dropping down properly.

When i print using the ADF i get a wavy line on the first and last inch on the top of the copy. Toward the back of the copier.

My copier just stated to leave a toner residue when i run color copies, it starts at about copy 5 and gets worse as you go. The black copies are great.
