Tray to clean mirrors on polygon motor in laser unit.

On the first 454 machine clean mirrors of polygon motor on laser unit, on second is magenta dev unit.
I use this USB Flash Drive and allways succes.
Use NVM reset tool firmware to reset machine to factory default. A145FW.TAR
Enable smb v1.0 in win10 .
Go in Control panel - Programs - Turn Windows features on or off and enabele SMB 1.0

Same thing but you can not move cleaning blade, holes on color and black is not on same place

You can move Drum, Drum Cleaning Blade and PCR to other housing, front Spacer is different and black Drum Cartridge have blockade so you must remove it before use black Drum instead of color and move...

You probably have bad sectors on HDD. Check disk for bad sectors and if find any,replace HDD.
this is procedure for develop but is same for konica minolta
Look as starvation of gray or black color. Are you tray to print 2 copy of this at same time to see
